Booking an appointment in advance is required.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your FIRST scheduled appointment to allow time to relax and complete a client record card, which enables us to provide you with customised professional care.
Please ensure cellular phones are switched off during treatments.
Should you need to cancel or change an appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the treatment.
Treatments are carefully planned to suit each client. If late, your treatment time will be shortened or rearranged to accommodate the following client. However, the charge will remain unchanged.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Products purchased are not refundable. In the event of an allergic reaction, the return of products is permissible with a doctor’s note.
Gift cards are available at reception by prior arrangement. These may be purchased for treatments or products.
